Paolo Massi is the fund manager of the Private Debt fund. Prior to this, starting from 2005, he worked at Deutsche Bank in London, where he served as the Managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate group, responsible for financing and private equity activities in Southern Europe. Before that, from 1997 to 2005, he held various roles at Merrill Lynch in London and New York in the areas of structured finance and real estate. He began his career at Citibank in Milan in 1995 before becoming an officer in the Italian Air Force. Paolo graduated with honors in Political Economy from Bocconi University in Milan in 1995.
